"The location was just a short walk to downtown Manitou. The deck was wonderful-right on the River. The hosts were immediately accommodating when there was an issue with the heater. We will stay here again if coming back to Manitou!"

"This cozy house was absolutely perfect for our first family trip to Colorado (2 adults, 5 teens/young adults). The host was very responsive with any questions we had, and we were delighted by all the beautiful Christmas decorations! We had everything we needed and appreciated the extra amenities provided. The balcony view was spectacular! We loved being so close (within walking distance) to the shopping district, restaurants, Manitou Incline, Cog Railway to Pike’s Peak, and Miramont Castle. The Iron Springs Chateau dinner theatre was right across the street! We also took an Uber to spend a day at Garden of the Gods. The house was everything we imagined and more!"
