"Our stay at The Avenue Historic Mansion in downtown Manitou Springs was truly lovely. We had 21 family members and the home easily accommodated all of us. There was plenty of space to gather together as a group, while still allowing for individual activities and playtime. The kitchen and main dining room were large enough to prep and cook meals for everyone, and we enjoyed using the additional eating areas in the living room as well.The home is full of character and charm. If you love historic properties and understand the unique quirks that come with them, this is an amazing place to stay. We created wonderful memories together and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We did submit a service request for the hot tub, which was not as clean as expected, and the team responded immediately and took care of it. Overall, a fantastic experience. Five stars."

"The cabin was small but neat and organized. It worked out perfectly for me, my wife and our cat (who seemed to really love it!) The entire area was outstanding for shopping, scenery and restaurants. Everything was just a short and easy drive away. We had a great week!"

"This property is a gem! The condo is beautiful, spacious (2000 sqft) and private. It’s historic with all the modern amenities (full kitchen w/granite counter tops and full size kitchen-aide appliances, a large porch suitable for outdoor gathering with a gas grill and fireplace. It has private off street parking and only one block from downtown Manitou springs with so much to do and see. Locals and tourists are very friendly. We had such a great time! I highly recommend this property! "

"This place is amazing. Excellent location, with bus service close by. Modern clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing common area with drinks and snacks all day. Hot tub. The staff are nicest most accommodating people possible. I think think is the BEST place in Manitou Springs. If you are running the PP Ascent or Marathon, this place is very close to the starting line!"
