"Great location and beautiful room. Hotel is across street from Medici chapel and 5 minute walk to Duomo. The Leather market is a block away and there is an atm and grocery store on the same block as hotel. Many restaurants nearby as well. Will definitely stay here again my next visit to Florence. "

"The two best things about this hotel were its location and the staff. It’s located a 30 second walk from Santa Maria del fiore in one direction and Piazza Republica in the other. The staff were super helpful and accommodated well for our family. The only aspect we didn’t like was the breakfast which was very basic but there are lots of eating places within a minutes walk. Overall, I would stay here again for its location and staff"

"Clean, renovated Quadruple room. There is noise at night from all the guest throughout the building, mostly students. Staff was very helpful, no fridge or microwave in the room."

"Overall, very pleased with the property. It was centrally located, clean, VERY nice/pleasant staff and they were very helpful. Only thing that dropped it from 5 to 4 stars was the lack of AC (can't run it until summer apparently, wife doesn't like sleeping in heat...so that made her a bit grumpy). So the room was warm. Got the window open on second night, but had a room on the street and without the double windows, it did get loud (earplugs made it ok). Other than that, I'd definately recommend"

"The buffet breakfast was great. Although it wasn't summer time, the air conditioning wasn't on, but they did give us a fan so that really helped."
