Each of the two spacious bedrooms features super king beds (one of which can be split into two singles upon request), providing flexible options for family or group stays. Premium Ashley & Co toiletries add an extra touch of luxury to your experience.

A private garage is included, offering secure storage for bikes and ski gear, making this a perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts. Please note, however, that the downstairs bedroom does not have windows. Upon booking, you'll receive an access code via email to enter the property, so please ensure your updated email address is provided for a smooth arrival. With our prime location just minutes from Queenstown's town center and top attractions, you'll be able to explore and return with ease. For added convenience, you’ll have your own private parking space, and the home can be accessed via an indoor garage or an exterior set of steps leading to the front door.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing a delicious meal, and complimentary coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment. We prepare the house with fresh, premium-quality linens and towels before your arrival. Please note that the apartment is not serviced during your stay, but if you require a service, kindly arrange it with us in advance, and we’ll inform you of any associated charges.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in an exclusive location along the main road between Frankton and Queenstown CBD, this exquisite apartment boasts breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy direct access to the beautiful Frankton walking and cycle track, a local favorite that takes you either directly into town (approximately 3 km) or across to the other side of Lake Wakatipu, offering an ideal opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts to explore the stunning scenery.

Getting Around:
Situated in the Alpine Village hamlet within close proximity to Queenstown CBD, the airport, supermarkets and ski fields. There is a bus stop right outside the front gate, which stops every hour.
