"Very nice heritage property. Cute and quirky but with genuine history.Close to town, nice enclosed yard for fur babies and most importantly a very comfortable bed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"Staff friendly on arrival . Room small but had basic supplies and rack for clothes . Very little bench space in bathroom. Shower gel bottles discoloured so could be replaced . Had to ask for towels as staff missed supplying them . Room did not feel 100% clean - stray hairs on bathroom floor observed . Property a good option during summer as right on the beach . Did not find a cafe in walking distance for morning coffee ( only HJ’s or servo). Property will be more attractive option if restaurant opens overlooking beach at front of property to offer coffee. For price paid during off season , staying in town would have been a better option for us and only slightly more to pay. "

"Overall okay, fridge is a good size, airfrier, coffee machine were nice touches but theres. very little bench space to put them on. Bathrooms mostly okay, beds comfy and a short walk to the water. There was only 1 set of keys and no garage remote so you have to get out the car, unlock the security door then the front door, disarm the alarm, walk round to the garage, unlock that security door and press the panel inside the garage to get the car in. Its incovenient at best. The advert listed a drier. There isn’t one. And the washing line only had a few rusty pegs so we needed to go buy pegs as things didnt dry well inside. The ‘Carrier’ a/c units in 2 rooms didnt work. They were on at the outdoor wall and batteries in remotes worked but the units didnt. It wasn’t too hot so we managed without them. Towel sizes are really small, I’d recommend packing your own. The recliner sofas are comfy but are jammed in a line against one wall with curious signs saying ‘do not move the furniture for security reasons’ which means you can’t see each other to chat and they dont recline."

"Rooms are spot less Well maintained and very spacious. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful The food is one of the best in Geraldton and the prices are very affordable"

"Just because you put Villa on the end of your name doesn’t cover up the fact that the property was built several years ago and you have not updated anything since the seventy’s. You must update your pool photo it was green not blue. "

"Lovely, spacious cottage in a very central location. Communication was excellent, and the rooms were generously sized. Would definitely stay again."
