"Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of traffic noise/cool air coming in from around the window frames but considering that it's in a service area on the M25, the noise reduction wasnt bad. Food obtained from the services opposite but you can buy a few small bits from the reception which can be useful"

"This B&B is in a nice setting. Although it’s on the main road, it’s quite set back and the pub being just opposite this makes for a lovely combination. There is also a convenience store along the road if you wanted to get a morning newspaper etc. The room was very spacious which was nice. Just had to be careful of the beams. The only thing I didn’t enjoy personally was that the owner was quite headmistress like in terms of rules and what she wanted, which basically made us feel like kids being told off, which is not something I want when paying £118 for an overnight stay, but my partner says that perhaps B&Bs are not for me. Back to standard hotels I think…."
