"Clean room, pool and spa were clean and fun too, live bands play in the courtyard at times aswell. The on site restaurant (Ginger) serves delicious food and everyone was very friendly."

"Good location, short walk to the gate to the old town. Kids enjoyed the pool which was quite unique. I would suggest having more staff. When we arrived, there were several other cars in the driveway and only one concierge was trying to help with luggage and directions for parking as nothing was marked. Check in was also busy, with only 2 staff at the desk. Although our room was clean, the shower tiles were quite black with mold which was rather off-putting and should be an easy fix."

"Ceci est un bel hôtel, bien situé. Le personnel à la réception est serviable, courtois et professionnel. Les chambres semblent avoir été récemment rénovées et confortables. Le lit, confortable. Bien que notre chambre a été nettoyée la première journée, ceci n'a pas été le cas la deuxième, ce que nous avons réalisé seulement en fin de journée à notre retour à la chambre. Le personnel de chambre étant parti pour la journée, on n'a pu qu'avoir des nouvelles serviettes et café. Pour cela, nous avons dû aller à la réception et attendre en ligne, car leur service web ou téléphonique ne fonctionnait pas. L'hôtel a quelques stations d'eau froide gratuite, mais on a dû en faire le tour pour trouver celle qui fonctionnait."

"We stayed three nights for our ten year anniversary. From the moment we pulled to the door, we were met with 'Bonjour,' smiles and attentive service. The room was reasonably priced for a historic, 5-star hotel. The rooms appear to be sound proof. Sam's and Le Champlain restaurants were delicious with attentive staff. Dufferin offered a wide variety for breakfast but was my least favorite. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. I was concerned staff did not say anything to the adult female, in the pool with a wine glass I'd stay again should I desire to return to Quebec City. Thanks for the memories!"

"L’hôtel Québec offre un superbe séjour pour les familles. L’offre de services pour les enfants est super ( maquillage, spectacle de magie, educazoo, jeux gonflables…en plus de la piscine). Les spectacles offerts sont biens aussi, mais l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas assez bon pour canceller le bruit à l’heure du coucher. Donc, super hôtel, mais j’aurais apprécié que les spectacles terminent un peu plus tôt."
