"Parking was not good. We came in in the evening and no spots were open. There were 4 large trucks each taking up 2 spots that were the issue. We were traveling with young children and walking from a parked car a distance away in 3 degree weather was not good. Also. We had 4 in the room. Only enough towels for 2 people and no bedding the the pull out sofa ( the bedding on the sofa was dirty)"

"At check in we were greeted by smiling staff and a fresh cookie. Our room was very clean and tidy. The only complaint was that the ice machine on Floor 3 was not in service and how small the bathtub was. Everything else was fantastic during our holiday stay. Pleasantly surprised "
