Each member of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the MO Club Staff team (Apology for not remembering. The name of the ladies) They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism.
