the hotel is pleasant to stay in.. staff have minimal English, so don't expect to have help with K.L. tours, the shuttle bus only appears to hold limited patrons, but great for getting back from K.L., had to change tours as shuttle had been booked out, with apparently only 8 people booked. I tried to get a guide of what was offered by he hotel, and opening hours, had no joy with the staff assistance, the food was good and reasonable ate 2 meals daily there, and I run on a tight budget, so good...

We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. it's a great location. 5 min walking, and i mean just walking to the next metro station, and if you prefer to walk to Petronas and the two shopping centres it's literally just over 10 min walking time. everything seems walking distance in the CBD so it's perfect for explorers.
