"We had a bad evening with this Hotel. First Tow and half days we didn’t have showers because of plumbing problems and when we complained they offered a free meal which was a bad N disgusting offer. Any way we are not going to that hotel and nine nights they charged us over thousand dollars. That’s a shame. "

"Everything was great. Great reception (especially Ms Mimi, who checked me in), very comfortable and clean room. I had breakfast a few mornings. Regular (hourly) shuttle to nearby IOI City Mall. Malaysia was a great pleasure to visit. "

"This was a good clean hotel for the price. Inside of room in particular was modern n clean. The big issue for me was location. It is far from the city where I wanted to be (my mistake). However, if your activities are in the area, then this place is great value"

"The room was in good condition and the staff were lovely. However the room was very basic and a little worn. The hotel is next to a 7/11 which was super useful but there wasn’t much else nearby. The food also wasn’t all that appetising. Great business hotel but not ideal for travelling. I should have done more research before booking here. "
