I think the cleanliness of the rooms could have improved considering the 5 star allocation to the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Food was okay, however there are not many options in the area so the hotel food may have been the best in the area. "

"The room was okay. But the bathroom was gross. It smelled. And the shower head sprayed water everywhere. The worst thing about the hotel was that it was soooo loud. There was an annoying loud noise outside our window, the whole night! And also this buzzing sound from inside the hotel, we were on the same floor as the pool—maybe there. I couldn’t figure it out. But I couldn’t sleep all night!"

"Loved the great views from the property and the very friendly staff. Location a bit out of the way and very difficult to drive to as quite steep narrow roads in places. Room we had was just average nothing bad just nothing to make me think yeah that was a nice room."
