"My room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking was great as it was assigned to my balcony room. Loved ending each day with a beer and a view of the lake. Would stay again."

"I stayed here last year as well and the place is overall very clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and both inside and outside the hotel were organized and well kept. I have another event next year the same weekend and will be looking to stay here again! Breakfast was delicious and hot. There was plenty of parking. Our room was immaculate when we checked in. We did not have room service come through during the weekend as we did not need anything. Thank you for another great stay!"

"Wonderful place. Bathroom could be updated a bit and showed signs of age - as did the hallway. And I beg you to get more comfortable pillows. Those are minor grievances, though. Gorgeous view of the lake. Good sized rooms. Very helpful staff (and great folks at the winery). The comp tasting and bottle of wine were very appreciated. Looking forward to going back."

"This was our second time at the Diamond and we will be back! The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. As an added "bonus" there was live music and the bar upstairs was open. All of the staff we interacted with was great, including Sara the owner. We would recommend the Diamond for anyone visiting the Finger Lakes."

"My room had a horrible smell. The room was just pretty old as well. Which isn’t a huge deal but minimal outlets that could be found easily and pretty dated old room. Which may have been white it smelled. Breakfast was okay Coffee was good and front desk staff very quick And friendly But the smell was pretty rough. "

"Place was nice and cozy. Only thing I would say is they need new pillows, our were so flat. Also, the outside lights need to dim or go off at a certain time. Lights shine right into the bed. Other then that it was very nice and clean. So close to the lake!"
