An Unassuming but Great Place ot Spend a Weekend

A very clean and peaceful Inn. Very convenient to the wineries abt both Seneca and Keuka Lake. Our stay was comfortable and uneventful.

The room was clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom was clean as well and had nice water pressure. The view of the lake from the room was amazing! The owner sent me a text message with the room # and code for the lock around 3 pm which was nice. I also left my charger in the room and the owner is nice enough to mail it back to me.

Fantastic place to stay!!!

The Savannah House was outstanding! The place is very updated, clean, and very well run. The place is decorated like a more expensive lodging!!! The guy who runs it is very friendly, accommodating, and cares about making you comfortable and happy. Would absolutely stay there again!!!

Bed comfortable, had our own little deck out the back of our room with a view of Seneca Lake. The room was cozy and good communication with the owner on day of our arrival. Highly recommend this facility.

Jeff was/is an amazing host offering lovely appointed rooms in a serene and comfortable setting. A perfect place for a relaxing and refreshing stay in the midst of vineyards and the natural beauty of waterfalls and gorges. Highly recommend

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit difficult to manage with the water splashing out uncontrollably after pooling on the shower seat. Also, it would be good to have a slip proof mat on the shower floor being that the floor of the shower was very slippery. Otherwise, Jeff was very helpful and had many suggestions for places to see.

From the text message I received on the day we were to check in straight through the time we checked out three days later, our experience was PERFECT. The level of detail when we opened the door (room lights on, soft music playing, decorated immaculately) I was impressed. The few communications with the owner showed that they cared far more than most hotels...this place was their baby, and they'd give the shirt off their back to make sure your stay was pleasant. It's an older property, but that was half the charm. I would 100% stay at this property if ever I end up in the Finger Lakes region again. A++++!!!

The room was immaculate! We arrived late and had no problem with check in. The porch and the view were so beautiful and pleasant. We were so relaxed we overslept on the day we were checking out - the staff was very understanding! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We stayed for four nights, from Sunday to Wednesday, in mid-June. The room was comfortable and clean, but somewhat worn. The view of the lake from the patio off the room was beautiful. The perfect place to read, sip wine, and relax. Located next door to 2 vineyards with lots more nearby. Only 15 minutes to Watkins Glen and only 40 min. to Corning and the Glass Museum. We had a wonderful and restful mini vacation!!!
