The location is great for the sandy beaches on the Ionian coast but also the rocky Adriatic coast is easy reachable within 1h. The town has plenty of restaurants which are in walking distance from the house. Tiziano and his family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a good time immersing in Italian culture and would recommend the house to anyone wanting a simple and comfortable...

"If I could give this property 10 stars I would..it was absolutely spectacular. The panoramic view of the sea from the terrace was stunning and we made a lot of use of the mini- pool on the terrace. There is a wonderful covered terrace with a table and chairs and an outdoor shower as well as one inside so you can look at the sea while showering!!!!. We didnt use the BBQ or pizza oven but they were great features to have. Livia the owner had already sent us a welcoming email with useful tips on...

"My husband & I had the most wonderful time in this very pretty authentic accommodation. Such a romantic setting with stunning views & very peaceful. The accommodation as basic as it is had everything we required & needed, the outdoor shower was just brilliant. Livia, the host’s daughter, was most helpful with supplying us with all the local information & her tips for eating out etc..Bruno & Livia were lovely & incredibly helpful! "We had a wonderful vacation in this trullo. Both the communication with the team and the directions to the accommodation were excellent. As soon as we arrived, we were able to relax, and the direct view of the ocean made it even easier. As others have already mentioned: definitely have mosquito spray on hand, as they are very active there. "Delightful, well-equipped apartment, ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals on the terrace looking out to sea.It is worth doing any planning before arrival, as its location means that there is no mobile signal, and the wifi is very patchy.Livia was available and always helpful. The only downsides - the pictures of the pool are deceptive, it's only 6ft x 6ft, which is great for cooling down, but you won't be doing any swimming! and you need to drive down to swim in the sea."

"Great hotel and staff, only downside was gym was small and in the basement. Although there was a bar by the pool (the only one outside) it closed at 7pm - it would be nice to be able to have a drink outside in the evening."

Our room was clean and we appreciated the very effective air conditioning and the small fridge in room. Breakfast was lovely and varied. Hotel was in a great location. "This Hotel is both outstanding in some respects and has negatives in other respects. We had one of the villas. We were not told that our villa was up the stairs. We were there in June with 90 degrees temperature, and had to walk several minutes outside and then climb the stairs in the heat. Its location is also away from practically everything and there are no simple transportation to get around. Don’t be fooled by the Uber App. It works but there are no Uber drivers to accept your request. Their Beach Club and sanding beaches are nice. Then again you have to wait for the shuttle for up to 20 minutes for the ride to the Beach Club."

"This property was well maintained and clean, very quiet very relaxing. We didn't use the pool but there is a regular size pool. We had breakfast included and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was good and had multiple options. The beach was pretty but it has a lots of rocks, still easy to swim and plenty of lounge chairs to use. Great location if you have a car, a few minutes away from polignano a mare, monopoli and Bari. Include parking but also offers a free shuttle bus for near by towns. Great view of the ocean, I would come back to this place again."
