"As a Gold member, I have stayed in many properties, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The biggest issue was the misleading location. We chose this property because it was shown on the map as being in the city center. In reality, it is far from the center, located uphill in extremely narrow streets that are difficult to access even by car.
