"Streaming services don't work on the televisions, there was no saucepans only a frying pan and a large pan. We were there a week and there was no kettle for 5 days, we received one on the 2nd last day. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, especially Alessandra. The apartments are in the perfect location, very close to good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The rooftop pool is perfect for some relaxation, and has good views of the city.
