"Eveything about this place was amazing from the location to the views to the owner and off site manager. They were very helpful along the way with answering any questions we had. The only thing for people to know is if you're going to walk down town, its a bit of a trek. The unit is located on quite a steep hillside. There are of course taxis constantly driving by if you'd prefer. Otherwise theres some steep hills and about 150 stairs. That being said it obviously does not take away from how...

"The Condo is great. Looked exactly like the pictures. We had a few small maintenance issues but they were immediately addressed by the property. Noise was an issue on 2 nights, not the fault of the property but still made sleeping difficult. The things we loved is it had all the comforts of home and two bathrooms! The roof top pool was a beautiful space and always loungers available. The beach is literally 5 min walk and many restaurants, grocery stores and malls are within walking distance...

"Traveled with family and we loved the location. The park next door had Zumba in the morning, food &gift vendors during the day, entertainment and fireworks at night. We loved to open all the windows and feel the ocean breeze! Nothing special about the decor (can use some touchups on paint and updated furniture) but everything was in working order and felt comfortable. Can’t wait to come back."

"It was a great condo. Location and access to the city was easy. Condo was very nice and roomy and the views from balcony were fantastic. Staff in the building very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Pool was excellent and a great long beach to enjoy that was very quiet"

"The condo itself was good. Just what we needed for size. The 2 beds were comfortable. 2 of my children had to sleep on the pull out couch (which is no big deal normally) however the if they were too far up the bed collapsed back inward on them, the mattress was very skinny and stained. The patio was good with a great view of the ocean. However it was not private as there was only a small chain separating the other patios. So people from the other condos would be able to walk through our patio...

"This condo is just as described,location,location,Location!! We loved that it’s about a 15 minute car ride from the downtown and there is a bus stop also right there by this condo. We had just Gorgeous Sunsets every night!! The food at the onsite restaurant was very good. The owner was very responsive when we needed to ask a question or two. We loved our trip and we hope we can come back again!!!"

"We would give this beautiful place more than 5 stars of we could. We spent a week visiting with other family and were blown away by the views and location. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and two kids to spread out and relax. John was great to work with and his condominium is incredibly stocked with everything you could need. Housekeeping was also polite and thorough. Puerto Vallarta has always been one of my favorite spots and we cannot wait to visit and stay in this...

"The good We really enjoyed the staff and the hotel itself. The bad. Not a lot of food options for non Mexican dishes and we had zero hot water in our suite. We talked to numerous staff and they said that there was nothing they could do. We also had to ask 3 of our 7 days to have our mini bar restocked. I know these seem like minor issues but we spend a lot of money to not have a hot shower for a week. "
