Playa Royal Oceanfront Condo

Tastefully decorated Ocean Front Unit with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and Punta de Mita from the fifth floor balcony. The building has its own pool and hot tub with Barbecue facilities and the resort operates on a credit basis so once checked in - No cash is required!

Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa (TM) is a Five-Star Gated Resort Community offering the best in amenities including a variety of fine dining options, Shopping Centre, Medical Centre and Recreational Centre. There is even a Zoo! In addition guests can book various activities through the Hotel including Dolphin Swimming, Para-sailing, Deep Sea Fishing, and Snorkeling.

For an additional fee, guests will also have access to the Golf Club, Fitness Center and Beach Club. Golf at the spectacular El Tigre championship golf course, indulge in the pleasures of the Spa or go for a work out at the state of the art Fitness Centre. The Fitness Centre includes a lap pool, workout room, tennis, racquetball, squash and basketball courts and a Kids Club with Water Park.

Great views

Condo was nice and had wonderful views. Check in was a little confusing but got everything sorted out. Pools were fabulous. We ate at the restaurant on site twice. First time was good but the second time our grandson found a fly larva in his guacamole. It was pretty gross. We never went back. The area was ok, but we prefer PV and will stay there next time.

A True Gem

This is a gorgeous property! It is located in Tower 1 and gives you a perfect ocean view right off the patio. There's a large patio table with chairs for outdoor meals and/or playing games, and a double-sized chaise lounge for basking and napping. The master bedroom is spacious and has a large TV and an enormous bathroom. The second bedroom is also spacious. It has two queen beds and an attached bathroom with washer and dryer. The kitchen is huge and stocked with everything you will need (except paper goods). It has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Every room has its own A/C and ceiling fan. We loved our stay here and will stay longer next time. This place was spotless and near Paradise Village for easy shopping access. The one thing that could have been better was the initial instructions for access and details about how to use the property could have been better explained.

Very comfortable and well equipped condo overlooking Banderas Bay, just steps from two large pools, the beach and Club de Playa, the oceanfront bar and grill. Highly recommend!

The condo was lovely and being on the ocean, it has such a great view. We loved watching the sun set on the patio. The condo was clean and stocked well. Not childproofed but we just moved some things for our time there. Great spot on one of my favorite places on earth!

Really appreciated the large balcony with beautiful view, comfy chairs and double lounge, along with a large table to eat dinner and watch the sunset...an umbrella was available but unfortunately unable to tip for shade in daytime....kitchen exceptionally well equipped...kingsize bed great but could use some new pillows...highly recommended in general! We recently spent a week in a very comfortable unit in tower 1!! Amazing ocean views, easy access to the pool and beach, great shopping and amazing restaurants all within walking distance! This unit had all the comforts of home, and we loved having the patio door open to hear the sound of the ocean at night. We will definitely book again for next year!!

Fabulous terrace and view! Duane was very responsive to any questions and he was able to arrange a late check out which was very appreciated! Guests should know that you can’t buy a beach club membership unless staying two weeks or more. Lots of palapas for beach club members and owners. There are about ten palapas on the beach in the back row for use of renters who are not members of the beach club. We had no trouble getting one if we arrived before 10am. Loved our stay! Beautiful sunsets and beach.

Amazing unit with breathtaking views on an expansive beach. Our family enjoyed the beach and the pool. Bucerias is a quick cab ride away. Overall a wonderful experience. Can't wait to return!

magnificant view

The unit was spectacular. The view was even more amazing. This was the first time we stayed in tower 1 and for the future we will only stay in tower 1. The owner provided a great cable TV system. We actually stayed in tower 2 for 2 weeks and decided to extend our stay for 5 more days. The owner was very accommodating in letting us move in the day before our actual check in date. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Duane for making our vacation so very special.

I stayed here for a week with my husband and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Duane was very helpful in his communication and the unit’s kitchen had everything we needed. The store is across the street and the sunset views are priceless.
