"Ray was Awesome (personality & kindness) at the front desk. My complaint is the parking is not convenient and the bedding was horrible. The pillows were small and we only had 3 for a King bed. We asked for another and they said they didn't have anymore. Also the bed only came with one sheet and a blanket as thin as a sheet. I was freezing and had to sleep with my clothes on. I asked for another blanket the next day and there was nothing available. We stayed 3 nights, we had the AC off the last night. I didn't sleep well. I hate complaining but just want to give you a heads up. Price was good. Convience and bedding ( quality of sleep) was not. "

"Report was nice . we booked two rooms. Both being the same one room is drastically larger than the other. When we asked for our other room to be changed, they denied it saying it was the same."

"We checked in late in the evening , after we had to search for someone that was supposed to be at the front desk. If you have luggage there are only steps no elevator , you have to drag your bags up a flight of step. you cannot reach the toilet paper roll from the toilet , the water pressure was low and there is a 27,00 dollar they don't tell you about until you check your statement which they email you."
