"Blanca in front desk was amazing. Room 407 did not have blackout curtains and she was able to move me to a different room. Very understanding, also she promptly delivered extra towels to room. Afternoon front desk staff was not as welcoming and a bit rude. Hallways need some TLC, also carpet is outdated. Not an oceanfront front hotel. Beach is 2 blocks away. Breakfast was ok. Overall I rate it a 6.5 out of 10."

"We loved our stay! Our flight arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in time, and the staff was able to get us into a room right away, which we really appreciated. Traveling with teenage boys, it was perfect that we could relax while still being able to easily keep an eye on them whenever they were in the pool or out enjoying the ocean. The location and convenience made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Condado Vanderbilt! The hotel is beautiful, the ocean views are amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The location is perfect for enjoying Condado while still feeling like a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!"
