"Everything was wonderful. Beautiful large room and bathroom, with comfortable bed. Cafecito, where we had delicious coffee every day (it is open 24 hours!). Many pools, open till 10PM--wonderful for a night swim, a private island with a free ferry, an addictive waterpark (couldn't pull the kids away!), and delicious food. And the grounds are beautiful. Only problem is that the lines for food could be quite long, and many of the restaurants need reservations. But overall it was a great stay (3 adults and 2 older kids)--we would definitely return."

"The power went out twice which made it hard to sleep because the place doesn’t have generators and the AC unit wasn’t working. There was a snake outside our room. The dogs barked too much. When we reached out to the host they didn’t have a solution to the problem. They didn’t provide flashlight or water. The water was running very low and many who stayed ended ip checking out. "
