"Everything was great!! Pools and beaches were clean. Staff was amazing. No complaints. They were timely and organized. Paid great attention to detail. Great food!! However, I do think they could sanitize the rooms a little better. The phone had a weird smell, hot tub in the room seemed like it needed a better cleaning and the mattress had stains under the sheets. "

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed—warm, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond. The resort itself is stunning. "Rooms very clean, staff very attentive. Hotel right on the beach with less than 5 minute walk from any room to the ocean. Hotel is great for families. We bowled, played tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, ping pong, pool. Delicious food. "

"Poolside loungers at the Marina were very uncomfortable versus the other two resorts. Balcony view was very nice. A little problem at night with raccoons at the Marina. Very nice staff. "
