There is a wonderful outdoor tropical feel to this resort. Lots of palm trees. The hallways and walkways throught are open air. Lots of little eateries for a quick bite plus restaurants. The chef grilling meat or fish to order was amazing. My fish and calamari were tender and delicious. The beach is short, the water gets deep fast and very rough you can't really go in. The hotel is oldish for my preference but the breezy outdoor effect was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. Staff was all extremely friendly and attentive. Loved all the restaurant options, especially all the choices by the pool. The resort was very reasonably priced as well. The beach was clean and beautiful, the pools were clean and just the right temp. The pool was fun with lots of activities but not overly crazy. Great experience over all.

After visiting multiple resorts in Cancun, I would say that the dining options here at Fiesta was one of the best I've tried. Surprisingly the restaurants on the resort had very tasty food! However the buffet is lacking and not as big or have as much variety as some of the other resorts. The resort is a reasonable size, not very new, but not too old either. We liked how big the pools were and how there were different levels. Activities and entertainment was nice, the shows in the theatre were great to watch. I would not say that this resort is a stellar super fancy one, but a nice family friendly one that fits within budget. It was a great beginner resort for my partner who has never been to Cancun before. This resort had a nice balance and a little bit of everything for an all inclusive. But if you're looking for a more high end fancy resort, this may not be for you.

I love that everyone was friendly and attentive, from the entrance guard, to the house keepers, and the man that runs the everyday buffet was amazing. I hate the fact that they bribe you with free ammenities, to listen to their rewards club presentation. Once you are up in their offices, they really make feel pressured and even bad. The man we talked to was pushy and rude. He stressed that we knew we were going to a sales.pitch. What we did not know was that you are forced to buy it and spend thousands of dollars and a monthly payment. But we did not let that interaction ruin our vacation. We enjoyed our free spa massages, after enduring that torture.
