"Room was amazing, they kindly upgraded us and it really made our stay so nice as we've never had that before. The room was beautiful as was the hotel so full of character. Staff were always friendly and helpful, communication before, during and after our stay was faultless. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Great location. "I had a room with a great view of the sea from a large balcony. The room was kept very clean and was equipped with all the necessities, including quiet air conditioning in the height of summer. You are provided with towels and a basket for the beach. Breakfast in their attractive cafe with outlook to the sea offered plentiful options of bread, cakes, cheese, cooked eggs, tortilla, yoghurts, ham, fruits. As a guest you can avail yourself of as much tea/coffee and water as you like throughout the day and night. Staff are very helpful and useful local information is provided. The hotel is centrally located for access to the beach, restaurants, shops and the pine promenade. The beautiful old town of Pollenca is a short bus ride away."
