"The biggest advantage of this hotel is the free laundry and dryers. Detergent and soap are provided, and everything is fully automatic. There are three washing machines and three dryers. You simply put in your clothes, choose the temperature (cold, warm, or hot), and press start. It was extremely convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs, which made everything so easy. You can buy salads, prepared food, fruits, and daily necessities without leaving the building. The hotel also has a designated area on the first floor for online shopping deliveries and food delivery, which is very well organized. The pool is large enough for kids, making it family-friendly. There is a designated drop-off and pick-up area, which was very convenient for calling taxis. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location in one of the tallest towers in the Shanghai Finance district and only a short walk to the nearest station (and one stop on the train to The Bund). Very impressive interior and an excellent breakfast. The only negative would be the price of some of the drinks in the various bars including a pot of tea for 468RMB."

"Very courteous and extremely helpful staff. Great location with the ferry close by and they offer shuttle service to the nearby subway station. The amenities such as the gym were very nice. Room was spacious and clean, and well kept by the housekeeping, including turn down service. "

"We stayed as a couple at mandarin oriental and the ritz. The ritz was more than twice the price, however there was a different. The location is supreme, apart of IFC mall and above the lujiazui metro station. Also the views are supreme throughout the hotel. Breakfast was better, including the view from breakfast but also slightly more choices for food and drinks. The service was better in that there was English speaking staff in all parts of the hotel. Check in was very busy for new years so we didn’t get a tour of the hotel like usual, but check out was very good. Flair bar is exceptional. The negative is that it is expensive vs some of the other options, however the views and location make it worth it. Base king Room was nicer and bigger than the base king room at the mandarin oriental. "
