"We had an excellent room with views of the water and mountains. Check-in was great with Hugo. Rooms were very clean and bed and sheets were five star. A couple things happened while we were there, one of them was our phone ringing at 6:43 AM, and then again a few hours later. And also the maid service knocking on our door, even though that private light was on. Outdoor jacuzzi area closed but resort fee still charged. When we checked out, we addressed a few things and the employee at the front desk didn’t seem to care nor did he apologize. Otherwise, everything was very good. The rooftop deck for drinks was incredible. However, service was quite slow. Will try it again though.,"

"The staff was very disrespectful of my husband when trying to access our car in the parking garage. Security and Valet both had very rude interactions. "

"Great location to the beach and the Promenade for shopping. Valet parking cost is reasonable and what I loved was the staff had umbrellas on stand-by for us to use because it was a very rainy weekend. "

"Remolded room was too dark. Light by the bed was very poor. The pillows were lumpy. Maid opened a window and didn’t close it. I didn’t know until the middle of the night since it was hot and noisy. I asked the front desk for a lamp and to tell the maid not to open the window. At breakfast, I had to ask for napkins. I doesn’t a free bottle of awful wine. Would rather have another bottle of water. I doubt that I will stay at this hotel again."
