"Clean room, very nice size and layout, comparable to more expensive hotels. Quiet building, we could tell other people were around and sometimes hear muffled movements above us but no conversations or voices through the walls or anything. The bedding was very comfortable and the king size bed was wonderful. The room seemed very spacious even with the king sized bed. I like that the floors in the bedroom are wood, they seemed very clean. The lighting setup was a little awkward but once we figured it out we liked how much light the lamps gave off and how easy it was to customize the lighting based on which lights we used. My boyfriend did see a small bug in the bathroom but that was the only mildly negative thing. Parking was straightforward and check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The building seemed secure, the room doors were substantial with deadbolts in addition to the regular locks, they used keycards to access; they kept track of the cars in the parking lot and seemed to make sure no one was there who wasn't supposed to be. We would definitely stay again, great quality for the price point. "

"I chose this hotel because it was close to my workplace. I stayed there for 5 nights and it was okay. The only complaints are the breakfast bar didn’t taste healthy so I stopped eating there and I wish the staff would clean my room and change bed sheets and towels often. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels almost everyday. "

"The property was nice. We were kind of blindsided that we had to pay for parking each night. We probably would not stay here again. We were not expecting it to be in the middle of a mall."

"Such a beautiful home ! It was prefect for our family trip to Chicago. We had our individual space and then enjoyed watching movies and having meals together in the dining room and kitchen. The hot tub was great! And we also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and into the quaint town. "

"It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though."

"I was looking for a quiet and cozy apartment to serve as a headquarters for my weekend getaway. Thankfully, this lovely little apartment in Arlington Heights popped up on my radar. Right near Woodfield Mall, as well the music venue Durty Nellies where I caught a couple of nights of electronic music to celebrate my birthday. Excellent location, and awesome communication from the property owners. Would certainly stay here again in the future "
