"Location and outlook of the property are great but the house was not close to clean. The house is obviously being lived in and had been left looking and feeling like a lived in house. This is what we found on arrival. Dirty fridge with congealed liquid in the bottom and off food in it. Dirty pantry with opened food in it. Rotting waste left in kitchen rubbish bin. Floors not clean. Carpets dusty (hayfever/asthma sufferers in group all struggled) No toilet paper. Very dirty BBQ with rat droppings in the drip tray. Large amount of dog poo on the verandah. All outside waste bins were already basically full when we arrived and we had to do work on the bins to try to fit our garbage in. Also we were awaken on 3 of the mornings by tradesman working on a shed on the site. This had apparently been organised by the owner. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the standard of the accomodation."
