"Very good comms prior to check in, smooth Check in, immaculately clean room, and a very comfy space for our 1 night stay. A small but convenient car park (booking required). The room was pretty quiet with great blackout curtains. Being in busy newtown and right opposite the hospital we did hear the odd siren or revving car. Still got a good sleep."

"The view from the 22nd floor was amazing. Staff were very helpful and the whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The only difficulty we had was the parking. The parking spots were very tight for the size of our vehicle but we did get our car to fit in the parking spot eventually. Besides the parking, we had a beautiful time while staying at the James cook hotel and we will definitely return to stay again the next time we are back in Wellington. Thank you to the team at the James cook hotel"
