The Space
This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large modern galley style kitchen that is equipped with all necessary cooking supplies, ready for you to whip up your own culinary delights. If wining an dining is what you’ve come down south for, then take a short drive to one of many fantastic dining options at a local award winning winery.
The living area is light and bright with high windows to catch the sun light throughout the day. There is a wood fireplace to enjoy through winter.
The house is on a battleaxe block, built well back on the large block off a small cul-de-sac street that leads straight to the beach. The yard is great with room on the lawn for the kids to play, while being private and peaceful surrounded by native shrubs and a large fig tree.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.
