The rooms were extremely small and felt outdated, almost like something out of a grandmother’s house, and the overall interior matched that same old-fashioned vibe. The elevators were uncomfortably tight, making it difficult to move around, especially with luggage. The valet service was also disappointing, as they didn’t assist with opening doors even when my hands were full. The bathroom layout was poorly designed—you can barely close the door without stepping into the shower first. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience."

"The property was located literally in the center of downtown. Everything was accessible and walkable. All the major attractions were within 2 to 5 km of what Chicago is really advertise to be. Staff was great open bar was amazing. Vibes were nice and other guests were on the same vibe levels."
