"We had 3 rooms booked, none of them had towels, front desk was very slow at getting towels to the rooms. We had text at 9:30pm asking for towels and at 2:35am received a text saying “sorry for the delay, someone will help you soon”. We had to be up at 5 am to go to the airport so a text at 2:35 wasn’t appreciated. There was no parking so we had to pay an extra night at the park and fly. Will never book this hotel again."
