"Arrived at 8am checking was at 2pm, after waiting for about 2 hours we were given our room, after being denied breakfast, was told we were eligible for next day, I knew that, I wasn't given an option to pay for it. Hotel is well located within walking distance of some attractions and 2 blocks away from the lepanto metro station. "One of my worst travel experiences. The hotel doesn't not have a front desk so you are literally on your own most times of the day. I had booked the room with breakfast, after inquiring for breakfast the owner said they had stopped the breakfast facility now. So we ended up spending on breakfast daily. The bidet in the washroom was leaking and there was a cockroach in the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone "

"Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooftop breakfast buffet (with freshly cooked hot options) is the perfect way to start the day, and evening cocktails are the perfect way to end. Good dining options very nearby. The Vatican and the Spanish Steps are comfortably walkable. Would definitely stay here again."
