"Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. "The property is beautiful. The room was clean and the staff amazing. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every moment. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great and if you choose the dinner buffet well stocked and reasonably priced. There is nightly entertainment should you choose to stay on the resort. Albufeira is a close Uber ride so close for excursions and dinner in the old town. We will definitely return. Great experience."

"Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site. Selena and the other host at the breakfast buffet were so kind and greeted us each day with a big smile and genuine hospitality we’ll never forget. She hosts in 2 of the restaurants and beyond the food being outstanding, we looked forward to being greeted by her each day. Another gentleman served us in the outside restaurant near the chess area. I can’t remember his name it was so unique which is a shame because he shared great stories about the history of Portugal and how his son prefers Messi over Ronaldo which we had a good laugh over. All in all this was one of the finest hotel resorts we’ve ever been to and hopefully find the time to revisit even though we’re from the states. Thank you to everyone that took care of us during our stay."

"Was decent for a weeks stay. Didn’t do the all inclusives as we didn’t want to limit ourselves to the hotel. Did expect the basics, like a coffee machine, salt/pepper sachets would’ve been handy, a hanger near the door for coats, cardigans, light jackets etc., kitchen rags so we didn’t have to use the bathroom ones etc. In a lot of places I’ve been, with or without all inclusive there would always be a coffee station with coffee sachets in it that you can at least look forward to in the morning instead of having to go out for one. Other than that can’t say much, the reception area interior is gorgeous, the rooms on the other hand: very basic with loads of space which is why I hoped they’d have done more with it (coat hanger, wall design/picture). I must add, I did really appreciate the free beach and old town shuttles, they were extremely handy. And the staff were helpful too."

"Staff for very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options but their warm food were often a bit cold. Outdoor pool were very nice. I like that there is an adult pool and kids pool the restaurants inside the hotel where a bit too expensive but the buffet dinner was also good with good value of money. The beach was very nice but mind you the sunbeds were very expensive."
