"We’ve just returned from a wonderful Easter stay at Domes Lake Algarve Autograph Collection Hotel and were genuinely impressed throughout. From arrival, the reception team — Francisco, Miguel, Francisca and Nadia — were warm, professional and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with all staff providing friendly, attentive service, in particular Mona and Margarida alongside a great selection of food. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and restaurant, where Helder, Pedro and Samuel created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere with excellent service. The beautiful Acosta beach restaurant was another standout, with Ricardo, Valdir, Paulo and Jessica delivering a superb dining experience in a stunning setting. What really stood out was the consistency — every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and a true asset to the Domes brand.
