The hotel is off the beaten track but the metro ride to the city center is about 15 minutes. The check in is sharp at 15:00. Just behind the hotel there is a pleasant forest with marked routes. A chain supermarket is nearby, about 5 minutes walk

Sure the decor is stuck in the 80's but it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great,lots of options. Location is convenient, the metro is a few minutes walk away through the forest. Not well lit at night time though! The only let down for the the hotel was the front desk staff. They were just not competent. When we arrived they had a child behind the front desk, we stayed 8 nights and they only programmed the room keys for 2 days at a time. Meaning constant returns to the desk. At one of these keys were programmed for completely the wrong room!

Hotel for Ukraine refugees
We used to like this hotel and had spent quite a few nights there over the period of the last 4 years. We particularly liked its location (close to the metro station), lots of parking spots and great breakfast. Our last two visits didn´t meet our expectations. The hotel was transformed into a hostel for the Ukraine´s refugees. Even though we feel sorry for the people, their behavior was that of "this is our place and we can do whatever we want". It was difficult to explain to our kids that people shouldn´t take food and drinks out of the breakfast room for later when everybody around was stuffing their bags and backpacks. Unfortunately, this was our last stay at this hotel.

Disappointing
I booked this hotel as the venue provided by the event I was attending was a dorm and I thought this would be better. It was not sadly. Rooms were old, not terribly clean, wifi did not work so arranging rides was nearly impossible.so had to walk to venue each day. Staff was not terribly friendly either sorry to say.

As always great place away from the crowds but only 15-20 mins on the well connected metro, this time took my elderly wheelchair bound mum and the room given was a disabled room and was perfect , large wide doors and comfortable! The metro was well catered for wheelchair bound people was perfect !! The whole stay was just great and the hotel always is the best ! Thank you again for a great stay will definitely return !!

great stay !!! The staff in reception sooo good and friendly!! The staff in the restaurant as soon as they realise you are not check treat you so cold, as sadly many Czechs do?? I am not sure why why? maybe its an eastern European thing? similar to the polish , hardly a smile? But I always smiled as a UK person and hope it rubbed off would stay again though as some staff make it

I stayed for a week and every time I needed some help the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had breakfast included which was a great bonus actually. The food variety was great: various kinds of sausages, ham, vegies, fruits, species, boiled eggs, omelette, porridge, various pastries (I really liked apple cake), etc. I also liked they had a very good coffee machine capable of making Cappuccino, Latte, Coffee with Milt and other kinds of drinks. I stayed at many hotels around the world, but very rare of them had good coffee machines like that. The room was spacious and clean. TV offered great variety of cable channels. Common areas were very clean and good maintained. I also liked green area behind the hotel. The hotel is close to supermarkets and it takes only few subway stations to get to the downtown which is very convenient. I give it 5 starts.

Everytime I come to Prague this hotel is my number 1 choice. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Close to downtown. Breakfast buffet offers good choices.

A little out of the way but easy to get to. A steep walk from the train to hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and the breakfast was similar to most in our travels.

The hotel is due for renovation, the hallway was smokey and unpleasant smells in the room. The rooms are dark and carpets are stained. Beds were ok with clean sheets. Bathroom was also clean. No fridge or kettle in the room. However the hotel reception was helpful and gave us hot water and refrigerated our food for us. Location was a bit outside of the city centre with a 9min to the Metro station. However coming back in the dark was a bit dangerous if you were on your own as it’s poorly lit outside surrounded by forests. Good price for the room so can’t expect too much at the end of the day.

The hotel is a bit away from the city but the Metro is close which we thought was great. The room was pretty basic which was alright for us since we were in the room very little. The staff that checked us in was not the friendliest but they were helpful. The restaurant located behind the hotel is not a place you want to go to unless you only wants drinks. They forgot to put in our order so we waited a long time before we asked then after giving them the order again we were given half the order. It was late so we gave up and just didn't have much for dinner. Overall, I am undecided on if I would ever go back to this hotel or not.

Located next to Kunraticky Les, an area of beautiful open spaces and forests. Hotel is a 9 min walk to Roztyly metro station (Line C), however you may want to travel by taxi prior to checking in as walking there is very difficult to find and the pathway goes uphill which is extremely tough with or without luggage. Staff are very helpful and so friendly and quite sociable. They really make sure that your stay is very enjoyable. However I did find the mattresses quite hard to sleep on so I had to change beds in my room (there were three of them for single use) and the first one next to the bathroom was OK. I had a TV in my room which was really cool. very happy with that..

Great hotel highly recommended
We loved this hotel!! It had a nice big room & big desk, free parking & wifi, free breakfast and it was cheap! It ticked all our boxes. It was also walking distance from the metro station so we caught it into the city to sightsee & didn't have to worry about driving the car, awesome 😊

I stayed at two three star hotel during my stay in Prague. However, the difference between the two was vast. Breakfast had no variety. The cutlery didn't look clean. I had breakfast once and chose to skip it the second day. The hotel is in need of serious renovations. There are hardly any amenities in the room. No hairdryer. No mini-fridge. No kettle. No 110V adaptor. No power outlet near the bed for charging your phone. Also, no real closet, just a make-do book shelf. The shower was also very sad. This is more of a two-star hotel. Another thing to take note of, especially if you're a solo female traveler is that the route from the metro to the hotel at night is not well lit and almost abandoned. I didn't feel very safe.
