The location was good.l, very close to public transportation. There were a lot of chives for restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Rooms were big. However, The rooms were not really cleaned. There were some kind of crumbs on the stove top upon our arrival. There was No paper towel, which was inconvenient. The laundry service was available but we were told that it cost 8 euro, which is a bit steep in my opinion. The ambient was not quiet. We could not only hear noise from the street but also within the building.

Let me first apologize for not the apartment being clened as you would like to, its a pitty you didnt contact us immediatelly as we would have fixed that right away. Our Residence is in the city of Prague which is convenient as everything is close but of course on the other hand it is a city which is a bit noisy so you can hear noises on the street as in every capital city. As for laundry, yes there is a small fee 8 but it is to used washing machine, drying machine, there is also powder and everything. Hope you will visit us again and we will do our best to provide better service next time. With best regards,

I wished they have maid service
The location is great. Walking distance to many places. Right next to the transportation hub. However, I have to mention about the cleanness. The room is very clean when we checked in. But there are no maid service throughout our staying. We stayed for a week and by the 3 days, the room started to get dusty. We had to ask for new towels. The hotels has washers and dryers but it can takes several hours to wash and dry a small load of clothes.

Staffs are wonderful and helpful, location is convenient. Bedroom and bathroom doors can’t close properly. Using laundry and dryer is a challenge because some guests just leave the laundry in the machine for many hours and we could not use the laundry facilities for over 4 hours at night.

Excellent facilities and customer service.
We were booked into a single two bedroom apartment, but at the last minute we’re moved into two, incredibly spacious, one bedroom apartments. These were also located next door to each other. Overall very happy with the apartments. The only issue was that the net curtains were quite dirty, but I can easily see how this would have been overlooked in general overnight cleaning. The apartments are also in a great location. Just south of Wenceslas Sq and very close to trams and 2 metro stations. 9/10

Great place to stay in
Great location, spacious, well equipped apartments. I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. I think the cleaning is a bit worse than in the past (dusty floors etc.), but overall a great place stay. I think if the cleaning standard can be picked up again - this really is a great value and you are right in the city centre, within walking distance to many places..

Home living!
We had European stops and was looking forward to staying more like home. It was beyond our expectations. Opted for airport transfer(highly recommend, airport is 30mins) door to door service. Check in was a little tricky, but communication was helpful. (Hopefully did not get charged twice?) great location, tram and metro right around the corner. Wolt food delivery service was handy when we wanted to eat in. Bohemian Cafe down the street was excellent for coffee and pastries. Great vibe! This is on the outer edge of New Town, attractions were 15-20 mins travel time. Easy!! Only negative we lost power for about 10 mins. Definitely will stay here again! The apartment is huge! Family of 3 adults. Highly recommend!!

Amazing stay in Prague ever
10/10 for our stay in Downtown suites!! Perfect location, close to center, super convenient with all types of public transportation. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing location, great service and wonderful room
Amazing place to stay in Prague! It's clean, modern, comfortable, quiet and new. The location can't be beat (1-2 min walk from the I.P. Pavlov metro station and the tram stop is literally in front of the rear exit). The hotel staff are courteous and friendly. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Prague!

Staff members were super friendly, helpful and spoke English well. Room was clean, cozy and spacious. Great location. Only gripe would be the washer/dryer. It took a long time to wash/dry laundry which then had to be air dried. Overall great experience however and we would recommend anyone visiting Prague to stay here.

Central and Clean Hotel
Very clean and central hotel - it is located just along from the main museum. Turn left by a yellow bank as you walk to the building. About a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Good and safe area. Would recomend. Entry door is behind the building, not on the main road itself.

The staff at the front counter were incredibly helpful and the customer service was fantastic. The one complaint is that the hotel in J building is very very loud in the evening and at night. Didn’t get to sleep much

Downtown Jugoslavka stay
We ended up with a standard room and by paying extra had ourselves upgraded to a a better room for a week plus stay. All the staff in the office was very helpful and special thanks to Sonia for her warmth and infectious smile.

Beautiful first time in Prague
Really nice stay, the apartment suite was so spacious and of a really good finish, the bathroom was my favourite room, with the double sized bathtub. Very clean and nice modern forniture. The only thing I would change is the size of the duvet, two singles instead of a big duvet, it's not quite as cosy as being able to wrap yourself from all sides. But this is a common thing in a the places I was looking at.
