"Room was very roomy, clean, sheets and bedding comfortable. Happy to have a dehumidifier, refrigerator and microwave in the room. Nice sofa to relax on. I had a King room with direct ocean view. I gave a 4 star rating for the room as the bathroom could use some updating but it was clean and I imagine it's why I got a great deal abd good value for this type of room. Hotel lobby was nice, hotel front desk staff and housekeeping were professional and friendly. In addition to the room charge, there's a resort fee of $25 + parking fee of $25 ($50 total) per night. I anticipated this and still feel this was a good value compared to other hotels nearby. The property is right at Lydgate Beach and the Tiki Bar restaurant on site was pretty cool. It was packed the Saturday late afternoon I stopped by. Great for watching sunsets. I would definitely stay here again."

"Receiving the room code on the day people travel is not good. Phones are on airplane mode. The code should be given a few days before arrival or at least make it very clear that it is received in email and text on the arrival day. Both air conditioning units blew out black stuff that was disgusting."

"The condo was very clean and well stocked . The owners were great and very quick to answer any questions that we had including suggestions for things to do after check out while waiting on our flight. We would definitely recommend!"

"Great view and lovely decor (new perhaps). It was a bit loud in the bedrooms in the morning being close to the road and the noisy birds! We really appreciated having AC in the bedrooms. Beds were comfy. We would have appreciated more beach towels as well as a supply of laundry soap. Or the laundry room should have a "smart" way to purchase detergent (digital option, change machine for bills, etc). Having four quarters to buy soap was not happening for us!! Kids loved the pool. Grounds were gorgeous. No safe swimming near the resort except for a quick dip in the kiddie area, so be prepared to drive if you want to snorkel, swim, boogie board, etc. "

"The place was lovely to look at, with a great view of the water, and we had everything we needed. The one major problem--the place smelled like sewage more often then not and was very unpleasant. We didn't find out until day 5 that it's an ongoing issue--it blows from the nearby sewage treatment plant. Yucko."
