"We got off to a rocky start. The first cottage we were in had water damage and had a musty moldy smell. We reached out to the front desk and they were able to move us to a different cottage. The second cottage was more than adequate clean and very quiet. Even with the luau going on it was still quiet. Beach access was accessible and very close. The pools areas were very clean and very nicely kept. The tiki bar left a little bit to be desired with food choices and pricing. Breakfast was okay could have been better and was overpriced. Lots of better options in town in kapaa. We would stay there again if the opportunity arose. Parking was wonderful being right outside the cottage. I will say that photos online are not exact so please be weary if you're looking for exactly what you paid for."

"It is close to but not on the beach. There is a path to walk to the beach. The Coconut Marketplace is right next door with stores and restaurants. The full kitchen was excellent. The pool and spa were great. Parking was close to our unit. There is one flight of stairs to carry your things up ifre you aon the 2nd floor. The resort was just what we needed for 2 nights."

"The beautiful ocean views are stunning and the soothing sounds of the breaking waves are ever-present. The condo is a perfect size for a couple; enough room to not trip over each other while being small enough to maintain a cozy vibe. The property is very well maintained, the pool and BBQ areas are spacious and the landscaping gives a tropical feel. I definitely recommend this property for your stay on Kauai--The Garden Island. Aloha!"
