"The hotel has beautifully landscaped gardens and is right on the beach. The pool and bar were very nice but they didn’t have music at the Pool / bar. Our room was in decent condition clean comfortable bed, but the patio furniture was kind of dated. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and you can take morning walks along the beach on the walkway there. It was very relaxing and not crowded like some of the big resorts. I highly recommend it."

"We really enjoyed our time at this resort. We had ocean view and they offered 3 pools with jacuzzi to choose at any given time. The grounds were so lush with beautiful tropical foliage. And we felt very safe with security on the property grounds."

"The location is great. Right by the beach, centrally located to all the attractions. Pool and pool area are great too. The rest in my opinion falls short of the 4 star, $500+ per night (with all the taxes and fees) hotel. I would give it 3.75 stars but there is no such option. Some areas are dated. You can tell the hotel tries to maintain them by painting stuff over but it shows. For me the worst were supply and return grills for the A/C unit. Very dirty. We actually had been turning the A/C off as much as we could so we would not breathe in the dust!! Thankfully the wonderful ocean breeze helped :) Breakfast buffet is decent but it falls short of the Marriott's standards. Some more daily variety would be nice."

"The condo was in the most perfect location. Pool is right out the front door and the ocean out the back. When we checked in and noticed the TV was broken. There was a new one had arrived within a couple hours. I would have liked to see some coffee in the cupboard."

"Loved this ocean view condo, it’s so close to the water you can almost feel the spray from the ocean. That was probably our favorite part, just sitting on the lanai enjoying some food or coffee while watching the waves come in. Amazing location with tons of amenities nearby. Gas station right there, lots of delicious restaurants. Our favorite in the area ended up being Naisla! There was also a lovely thrift boutique called Clementine, and antique store called Pagoda that had great things in them. Being located on the east of the island it’s easy to go north or south without a huge drive. It’s also a few blocks from the Coconut Market where there is an ABC store, boutiques and farmers market. Walking a block over there is a path access to get down to Lae Nani beach which has some rough surf but amazing to hang out on the beach. There was a Safeway 5 minutes away to stock up on supplies for meals when we didn’t want to go out. We walked and got to meet a of the locals there in Waimea and Kapaa on the east side I think the only thing that is challenging if you’re not used to this type of climate is the air conditioning. There is one in the bedroom, but you’re not supposed to use it to cool the whole condo. So with the heat and humidity it can be uncomfortable. Not a deal breaker but something to take into account. Everything was clean, the new improvements and appliances were all great quality. The condo and surrounding area felt nice and safe. Loved it!"

"This was our first time in Kauai and it was nothing short of amazing! Scott and Regina were the best hosts, communicated quickly, and had lots of great suggestions. The condo itself was clean and had a beautiful view, and the location for exploring the entire island was ideal. The condo was also close to many walkable restaurants and stores. Our stay was as close to perfect as possible and it will be an easy choice to stay here again when we get back to this little piece of paradise."
