"Die Umgebung der Unterkunft befand sich in einem älteren Stadtviertel, sicher kein kein typisches Ausflugsziel. Ein echter Pluspunkt war jedoch die Nähe zum Bahnhof – nur 7 bis 8 Minuten zu Fuß, und von dort war man im Handumdrehen im Zentrum von Potsdam. Wir würden definitiv wieder in der Pension am Filmpark übernachten. Der Vermieter war äußerst entgegenkommend, denn wir sindviel zu früh zum Check-in angereist. "Das "Hotel" besteht aus 2-3 Etagen eines Mehrfamilienhauses, worin je Etage einige Zimmer reingezogen wurden. Der Allgemeinzustand aller Räumlichkeiten bedarf einer Renovierung. Wackelnde bis aus der Wand ziehbare Steckdosen und Lichtschalter, bis zum "warmwasser" das in regelmäßigen Abständen ausfiel macht den Aufenthalt wenig erholsam. Der Wasserdruck allgemein schwankte stark, sodass die Dusche eine Geduldsprobe zwischen Eisbaden und Verbrühungen ausartete. Die Heizung entschied sich...

"The internet was broken, no elevetor - no airconditioning and the bugs - flies and wasps flew into the room. Had to have the windows open because it was so hot. Nice older couple ( I'm 74 myself) but in way over their heads. Really too bad. I booked another hotel through expedia and move - a good hotel the Mercure."

"Getting the key out of small box not clearly marked or indeed explained in the email was very stressful. This is a real problem. Hotel reception closes at 4pm!!!!"

"A clean, well-run little hotel. On the dated side in terms of decor, if that matters. Solid amenities for tourists looking to save some cash too: fridge, kettle. They also have a nice little breakfast. We loved the location - easy bus to main station, nearby useful trams and ubahn/metro, also walkable (30 min) to Brandenburg Gate / tourist enivrons. Nice little craft cocktail bar on street below. amazing schnitzel place across the street."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were some places to eat in walking distance. The U-Baum was also in walking distance. There was a little hiccup with the checkin as I did not realize the email with the code went to my spam inbox. I found that and successfully got into the room. "

"Strange check in, with no front desk - check in at bar/restaurant next door. Clean room; good radiator heat for winter; good, fast hot water. "

"Excellent hotel near public transport. Large clean room. Beautiful view of Berlin. Great to have a coffee machine in the room. Excellent breakfast - especially loved the gadgets including the pancake maker and butter dispenser!! Lovely bar area too. "
