Die Umgebung der Unterkunft befand sich in einem älteren Stadtviertel, sicher kein kein typisches Ausflugsziel. Ein echter Pluspunkt war jedoch die Nähe zum Bahnhof – nur 7 bis 8 Minuten zu Fuß, und von dort war man im Handumdrehen im Zentrum von Potsdam. Wir würden definitiv wieder in der Pension am Filmpark übernachten. Der Vermieter war äußerst entgegenkommend, denn wir sindviel zu früh zum Check-in angereist. Freundlicherweise konnten wir trotzdem unser Zimmer beziehen. Der Aufenthaltsraum war eine tolle Überraschung! Es gab eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der wir uns Tee oder Kaffee zubereiten konnten oder sogar eine Kleinigkeit kochen Insgesamt hat es uns beiden sehr gefallen. Wir haben einen erlebnisreichen Tag in Potsdam verbracht und in der Pension wunderbar geschlafen.

Eigentlich war die Unterkunft nicht schlecht. Aber es gab ein Mangel der schwer wiegt: Die Matratze im Bett war so extrem in der Mitte durchgedrückt, dass man da wie in ein Loch fiel. Klar, die können nicht alle 2 Monate eine neue Matratze rein tun, weil sie nicht mehr ganz neu ist. Aber die war definitiv eine Zumutung, ich wusste gar nicht wie liegen und war entsprechend morgens eher verspannt. Ein preisgünstiges Haus, aber so sollte man es mit den Kosten einsparen nicht übertreiben zumal der Rest ja eigentlich für das geforderte Geld ordentlich war.

Ein großes Plus war die Möglichkeit sich auch außerplanmäßig mal einen Kaffee machen zu können oder eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen. Ein Getränkeautomat mit guter Auswahl steht auch bereit. Das Serviceteam ist super. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen.

Dialog wegen verspätendem Check-In verlief problemlos, kundenorientiert und angenehm. In der Einrichtung gibt es Getränkeautomaten zur Selbstversorgung, fand ich gut. Das Zimmer selbst war eher spartanisch eingerichtet, aber funktional und war sauber. Daher für berufsbedingte kurzfristige Aufenthalte gerne zu empfehlen.

Muy caro para un alojamiento tipo pensión

La habitación es bonita y las instalaciones están bien, frigobar incluido, pero el mantenimiento no es bueno. No había jabón en la ducha, no me dieron toallas nuevas en toda una semana, sólo un día hubo desayuno. Por 100 euros por día, esperaba algo más parecido a un 3 estrellas.

Herzlicher und professioneller Empfang, dabei unkompliziert, wie wir es am liebsten haben. Umgebung mit exzellenter italienischer Trattoria und guten Frühstückmöglichkeiten. Für eine Pension absolut gut. Dass wir nochmal 5€ für den Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus zahlen mussten, obwohl im Gästebuch dieser als kostenfrei beschrieben war, hat uns gewundert und haben wir der „allgemeinen Preissteigerung“ zugeschrieben😉, sonst war alles perfekt. Gerademal 750m von den Babelsberg Filmstudios entfernt👍
