"We are repeat customers! It's clean, quite and safe. However the lid on the ice bucket was missing and the mini refrigerator was missing a leg some how! It rocked and almost fell over on my husband foot. They did come quickly and added something underneath it to balance it. The young man also did find a lid for the ice bucket."

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was covered in homeless people. It was dirty. There were no pillow cases on the bed nor a blanket. There was a nail sticking out of the wall. Someone shot a gun next door in the middle of the night. It was terrible. I was genuinely scared for my life."

"The staff to serve breakfast on Sunday morning did not show up, so there was no breakfast served that morning and no coffee either. On my last nite staying, it was Sunday nite and the elevator was making some kind of really lous clanging noise when it moved and could be heard all nite long and very annoying to myself and im sure guest as well"

"No breakfast available,although the website stated breakfast was available until 9am. I would have passed on it anyways . The room was dirty, floors not swept and the sheets were not changed. Cigarette burn on them and dried blood spots in the fitted sheets. I took pictures because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It's a non smoking facility and the place smelled like smoke and weed. I think we stayed in the room next to some illegal sexual activities-ALL NIGHT! Will NEVER come back. Don't stay here. I would have been better in my car at a Walmart parking lot, but I had already driven 12 hours and was exhausted. "

"Late check in instructions costed! Text by the owner was inconsiderate and made us feel UNWELCOME.This house was unsafe! NOT WORTH THE COST!!! Buldging pealing and cracked walls and ceilings, insufficient outlets, uneven floors and walls, and structure; doors did not close, dirty worn sofas, insufficient kitchen supplies, old rough towels, tiny toilet, intermittent air conditioner in living room, fear of collapsing holes in the balcony floor, worn dirty porch furniture, wobbly banister on steep cement stairs, limited parking in front, blinds broken and set too high to reach, windows lacked privacy, beds were hard, linen and pillows were cheap, bug bit me the last night. Over 20 stairs to climb to a major disappointment. Washer , dryer and water pressure were the best features."
