The staff was very friendly and helpful. It got a little noisey first night, but after that it was fine. Only issue i had was the remote did not turn the tv on our off and the volume button did not work.

The area is not very safe. Mostly people living in the hotel. Kids running around yelling in the halls late at night. Beds were bad. It was ok for a one night stay.

I get there check in management states no one is allowed in room but one person I booked 2 bedrooms and had my wife and 3 kids with me which was over the limit the hotel allowed unwritten and nothing posted stating that of such in lobby or online just want my refund for bad marketing

When we arrived, there was a sign on the outside of the hotel showing that it was recently remodeled when we check into our room you could tell that somethings were updated, but the room was not fully remodeled. The bathroom look like has been damaged and nothing‘s been fixed and the walls in the room look like that you were just painted over nothing like it feels fully remodeled.

The family who seems to own/run the place seem nice enough; friendly people. I would ask them to tone down the fragrance that permeates the entire hotel. It's a nice enough smell... up to a point. Also, at night, the area around the hotel is very poorly lit. Feels unsafe.

It had roaches the female that works at the window when you check in is overly aggressive and rude she needs to learn how to speak to and not at people she always frustrated and frowned up very snappy I wouldn’t never go back nor refer anyone to stay here

Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful, friendly, and inviting. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone staying in the area in need of an affordable hotel. Doesn't look like much from outside but its deceivingly decent inside. Give them a try!
