Staff were courteous. The clogged bathroom sink drain was promptly cleared when staff was notified. The condition of that sink should have been checked prior to arrival. The phone was non-operational. Wires hung from the fixtures around and under the desk area. The finger pull on the bathroom pocket door was painted shut, making it difficult to pull the door out of its pocket. The accessibility of the shower/tub was misrepresented when booking (a walk-in shower was assured by a direct call to the hotel, pictured in the online tour, but did not exist). There were no grab bars adjacent to the toilet.

My daughter and i stayed for 4 days during our mother daughter trip. We used our room as a home base after hours at the beach. Staff was very friendly rooms were clean. The pool could of used a deep clean but we probably came at the end of a busy pool day when we Didnt go to the beach.

Nice for a brief stay, traveling for work. The facility needs an upgrade (bathrooms) but the staff were lovely, and my bed was so comfortable, a really good stay.

I had a very good stay for the most part. The only thing that I had an issue with is that I had no hot water at the sink for whatever reason. Staff were great and very welcoming.

A nice hotel overall

Overall, it was a very nice hotel. We ended up having to change rooms shortly after checking in because our room’s bathroom wasn’t getting hot water. The front desk staff was very accommodating and got us a new room right away. We encountered two concerns during our stay - the elevator and adjacent side entryway constantly smelled of marijuana, and the breakfast service at the lobby cafe was very slow.

The pool and gym were well mantained, the food at the bistro was pretty good, lemon chick wings were delicious. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean, however the bathroom was in need of some renovations which should include a vent. Floors were sticky. There was a bad storm before we left and the fire sirens went off while we were asleep. It was good to know they worked in the event there was actual fire.

Thumbs up for all but 2 issues

Customer service was excellent, rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only issues we had was the sliding glass door on the balcony was very hard to open and close. Also, the one night we came back, the elevator was out of order, which was fine for myself, but my elderly mother had to climb the steps up to our room and back down in the morning.

The Divide

We stayed for a weekend get away for my birthday. The location is great, close to everything. The room was nice, bathroom was a little small but cool. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was we asked for rooms on the same floor. Not only didnt we get rooms on the same floor, 2 of the families that were with us was on the 3rd floor in a different building. There's no easy access from one building to the other meaning we had to go to down to 1st floor and walk around to the other set of elevators to get to our friends rooms or vice versa. Outside of that everything was good.
