Where do I start,
First I Booked with expedia and chose the option to pay at the property, the price was £57.60 When checking in there was a man and a woman on the front desk the man asked me to pay £60.00 and shoved a card reader in my face, had to show them the confirmation email.
I then tryed to pay with cash to be told the hotel is "a cashless hotel" & they don't accept cash,
which I don't like as I like to have the option, I said there should be a warning of this when booking, to be told be the women there will be in the small print, anyway I paid with card but checked the booked info later and there is no mention of the hotel being "cashless"
Pulled up directly out front of the hotel but was told those spaces are for Subway for some strange reason.
I was told to park in the spaces at the rear on the left which say hotel painted on them but there were none so I parked in a space on the right with hotel painted on it went in and mentioned to the lady on the desk that I couldn't find a space on the left and I'd parked in a space marked hotel on the right and she said "you can't Park there they're no longer our spaces you'll have to park in the B&Q car park over the road". So had to move my car twice.
Why do the spaces still have Hotel painted on them if they no longer belong to the hotel?
The light in the room didn't work, beds have soft memory foam mattress which you sink into very hot and can't turn over.
The bathroom is damp with black mold on the ceiling
