With generous living spaces, a newly installed kitchen with all your modern amenities and a ground floor bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny patio area to enjoy a morning cuppa before starting your day. Upstairs are three generous sized bedrooms, two with double/kingsize beds and TVs, and one twin. There is also a shower room.
Within a 3-4 minutes walk there are two excellent coffee shops, serving breakfast and lunch, three pubs, and two supermarkets. When it comes to exploring your holiday property is perfectly located to enjoy a seaside holiday as it is within a short walking distance or drive to the Eastney Esplanade where you can enjoy a stroll along the seashore leading on to Southsea Beach, South Parade and Clarence Pier with all the amusements and busy beach life and the lovely green commons with all vast array of tourist activities and venues. Visit the famous Albert Road where you will find plenty to entertain you, including the Kings Theatre, The Wedgewood Music Rooms, independent cafés, supermarkets, numerous wine bars and pubs, restaurants, snack bars, take away, high street stores and boutiques, all the amenities you need for all your shopping requirements. Explore top attractions such as Blue Reef Aquarium, Pyramids Leisure Centre, Southsea Castle, and the D-Day Museum.
There is also Canoe Lake where you can do a spot of boating, saunter around the model village, have a game of tennis, pitch and putt, children can play on the park or just sit and relax and enjoy a picnic. Among the nearby attractions are Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and the Mary Rose Exhibition. Gun Wharf Quay features waterfront dining, designer outlet shops, a cinema, bowling, as well as the Spinnaker Tower.
