"I was disappointed by this property. I understand it’s not a hotel, but it’s advertised under the luxury hotels guides and there’s no luxury in this place. The shower in our 3 people room was terrible, water will come out because the doors didn’t connect, and we had a pool every time we took a bath. We asked for a mop to keep the floor dry and were told to use towels from a closet by the room. The toilet to seat was broken, it kept coming out. We ran out of toilet paper and had no one to ask...

"El departamento nos sorprendió está muy equipado con alta tecnología de entrada todo digital, le agradecemos a ANTONELLA los panecillos, la cama muy confortable pero la entrada deja mucho que desear pero es un edificio viejo y falta señalización. Nos costó encontrarla la entrada en la primera impresión, pero si hay elevador y buena seguridad. Hay muchos estacionamientos alrededor muy caros, nos enviaron a uno revomenyvomo a 250 mts, que tuvimos que pagar extra y dejar las llaves, todo bien pero...

"L’appartement est bien situé, on a l’impression d’être en immersion napolitaine c’est vraiment sympa. C’est propre, grand, tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente vraiment bien. Nous avons été accueillis par le papa qui est top et la communication avec Flaviano est fluide, rapide … je recommande ce logement sans hésitation "
