Loved the apartment the two nights I was there. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bed, safe entry/area. Off the street, quiet, windows open to green view.

Very nice appartment, clean and cozy. The bathroom foucet was clogged but we solved the problem. The area was quiet and there was a grocery store next to it. The store guys were really kind and helpful.

I would recommend the Appartment anytime, the place was clean, spacious, well equipped and really close by the metro station.

I loved the actual unit. I am a "stupid" American and found it near impossible to work any of the appliance. The refrigerator was so cold it froze my fruits. There were no instructions on the washer, dishwasher or oven. I'm sure it was not complicated but could not get stove top to work at all. I did manage to heat toast. Again, it was wonderful and well appointed place. If not for the inconveniences I would give a 5 star.

I messaged the host asking to replace the spare blanket because it was somehow soiled The host requested a picture to discuss the incident with the “team”. The host never replaced the blanket. I did not provide the pictures because I didn't want to touch a blanket with small blood stains. There was no further communication. I can't understand why such an event was not resolved immediately. In addition, there was a strong moldy smell under the sink. The rug in the bedroom needed vacuuming. The place was nicely decorated, mostly clean, and very safe.

Très déçevant

Communication difficile avec le prestataire. Nous n'avions pas les informations nécessaires pour prendre possession de notre logement à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû appelé le prestataire pour obtenir les informations nécessaires. Une fois entrée dans le bâtiment tout était très salle. On appréhendait la chambre... La propreté de la chambre était mieux que celle du bâtiment, mais elle n'était pas parfaite. En plus de la propreté, nous n'avions pas de savon à main et un seul rouleau de papier de toilette. Lorsque nous avons demandé plus de papier de toilette, on s'est fait répondre que le papier de toilette fourni était une courtoisie de leur part et que nous devions acheter notre propre papier de toilette lors de notre séjour... Nous n'avions jamais vu ça.

No volveremos

Íbamos a pasar dos días en Oporto y vimos que tenía muy buena ubicación y nos decidimos a alquilarlo. El apartamento parecía nuevo y bonito en fotos, lo tenia todo a primera vista. Cuando llegamos lo vimos algún detalle de suciedad como veo en las fotos pero no quisimos darle importancia. Al montar el sofá cama nos dimos cuenta que estaba roto. Lo teníamos que montar porque tenían que dormir nuestros dos hijos pequeños de 7 y 8 años. Llamamos para avisar y que nos pudieran dar una solución y en principio parecía que el chico, que se mostraba muy amable, nos la daria. La solución final fue: dormir los cuatro en una cama y os devolvemos 40 euros. Una solución que no la vimos correcta pero nadie venía ni a mirar el sofá ni nos daban más soluciones. Al final entendimos que había poco margen de tiempo y así hicimos. Al día siguiente tuvieron todo el día y nadie solucionaba el problema y a las nueve de la noche nos dicen que lo sienten que la única solución que tienen es cambiar el sofá para siguientes huéspedes, pero que no pueden hacer nada. Así que nos toco volver a dormir cuatro en una cama de matrimonio. Una gestión nefast. Se piensan que devolver cuarenta euros es la solución a tres días durmiendo mal y un apartamento sucio como veis en las fotos. Encimera sucia, pelos por todos sitios, uñas asquerosas, en fin muy desagradable la experiencia No volvería nunca y no aconsejaría a nadie ir a este lugar.

Super séjour à Porto Ménage pas fait à notre arrivée vraiment dommage. Mais sinon appartement top bien équipé. Proche du métro donc ideal Communication avec l'hôtel ok juste nous n'avions pas reçu les codes à temps mais réponse rapide.
