Love this hotel. AMAZING location. Extremely responsive, kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend staying here and if I was to come back to Porto I would totally book this. You are literally in the heart of the town BUT it is so quiet too. Love that the breakfast is included as well. It was so great! Thank you Mariana and Maria!

The rooms were very clean and spotless but the sizes are relatively small, less than 100 square feet for sure. The rooms has no closet and no space to keep the bags. Its probably good for a single person. You have to carry all your bags through the stairs so take small bags only. The breakfast is made fresh everyday and very good. Its situated in a great lication.

The owner, Mariana, and her staff member, Joanna, could not have been kinder, more communicative, or more helpful. The location is excellent—just a block from the main train station and an easy walk to the heart of downtown. My wife and I truly loved our time in Porto. Future guests should think of this more as a bed-and-breakfast than a place to spend time during the day—it’s ideal as a dunctional, well-located home base while you’re out exploring the city. A small note for planning purposes: the room is extremely compact. Breakfast was included, and Joanna generously made it available earlier than scheduled so we could make our tours, which we greatly appreciated. That kind of thoughtfulness made our stay even better.

Positives: Mariana was proactive and reached out to early to share check in instructions. They had an amazing breakfast which we looked forward to every day. The hotel is conveniently located and close to many major attractions in the city. The staff was very nice and helpful. Drawbacks: The room we initially got was very small and looked on to a construction site. We could open our window because of all the dust and noise. However for a small surcharge we were upgraded to a bigger room that looked on to the city. Their luggage lift was not working while we were there. We had smaller carry ons so this didn't bother us as much, but something to consider to have bigger/heavier bags.

Mariana and Joana couldn't do more for us. From the days leading up to our arrival, their communication was clear and kind and consistent. From local recommendations to help booking a taxi, both were available at all times. We instantly felt at ease. The hotel location is walkable within 10 minutes of all local landmarks, shops, restaurants. The security of the property is easy to use and secure. When we return to Porto, we will definitely be rebooking with yourselves.
