Location was great just outside of the noise of the center. Overall it’s a good apartment but I would have liked additional supplies such as towels, cleaning supplies since it is an apartment. But would stay here again

Wifi was poor.only a small nepresso machine.we went out and bought a kettle! Otherwise well equipped. But restaurants in Porto so fantastic we didn't need to use it. Headboard on bed and sofa cushion could do with a refurbishment.Balcony was acceptable but no view.

The property has pros and cons. Pros: Large and bright space, balcony, convenient to transit and walking everywhere, lots of dining options. Cons: No laundry facilities on the property (which was advertised in error on Expedia), disorganized staff regarding pre-payment messaging and providing check-in details, the double bed was very hard and flat bed pillows, and the bedroom walls are only half height (so less privacy, and hopefully your family doesn't snore at night!). Overall, it's okay, but I'd look around at other options next time.

Uncomfortable bed, only one half decent pillow. The other pillow was lumpy and flat like 1 inch. Asked for extra pillow cases to go on the really ratty gross square pillows we found and never heard back. Used the fleece blankets we found rolled up as back up pillows as a barrier between our face and the dirty pillow and the yellowing flaking leather head board. Place was in kind of rough shape which I can overlook but the bad bedding and lack of pillows made for an uncomfortable stay. Area is really good but I'd pay extra to stay somewhere else.

Compact but pleasant base to explore the city

Nice flat although not overly spacious. Location is very convenient for Trindade station and walkable to Dom Luís I Bridge. Communication was good and host was friendly and helpful.

Einfach aber zentral

Checkin klappte super. Sehr nettes Personal. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind gegen oben offen,d.h. es ist ein grosser Raum mit eingebauter Trennwand. Brennt in einem Zimmer Licht, sieht man es im anderen. Leider war vis a vis gerade eine riesige Baustelle. So war es ziemlich lärmig. Küche einfach aber sauber. Badezimmer klein, wenig ablagefläche. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Err, review

Place and staff very helpful and friendly, arranged everything and all was easy. But the bed was very noisy just turning over. Was kept awake until 2am all three nights of my stay by the room above who also had a noisy bed. It sounded like they were sawing rubber. Each time they walked around it was like they were beating on the floor with hammers. So a room on an upper floor next time and more considerate fellow guests.

Pratico, molto spazioso e centrale

È stata un’esperienza molto positiva. Il locale è molto ampio ed è situato in una postazione molto tattica e pratica, nel cuore della città. La pulizia è ottima e offrono anche una colazione ad un prezzo ragionevole. L’unico particolare che non mi ha convinto sono la confortevolezza dei cuscini. C’é anche un cortiletto molto carino al di fuori del terrazzo. Molto sicuro anche per quanto riguarda l’entrata.
